AuctionVibes is an online auction site, it allows users to sell their old items.
Here i have completed an audit by building a user persona and user story to complete a task.

She is the persona I created to analyse the task for the site. She has recently brought a new TV and she wants to sell the old one.
To start the site showed Katie exactly what she can do with prompts to sell the item. Katie knows how to proceed. She then creates an account to move forward.
There were good CTA's on the homepage and offered an easy way for Katie to create an account to move forward in her task.
Positive: Functionality, Useability, Proficiency & Reliability.
Negative: None
Now Katie was taken directly to the create listing page without any friction and she starts to fill in the details. There is some friction as the description box is quite confusing.
Positive: Usability, Proficiency.
Negative: Usability
The listing process is quite long and tedious, she knows what she has to do to and that a next step is coming. There is also an easy way to correct anything if she has made a mistake.
The listing process also showed Katie what it looks like before she sends it live on the site.
Positive: Usability, Reliability
Negatives: Usability
After completion Katie then had a look around the site but found the mobile menu hard to use.
There are a few usability issues on the site that could be worked out. This would give a better user experience leading to more user sign ups and listings.
